I love this little lens simply because it’s such a solid little lens and super fun to play with. When you mount it on your camera it looks like a funny little lens cap and is pretty cute. Pentax M42 screw mount lenses were very solid and compact and you could carry a couple of them in your pocket and no one would know!
Optically this lens is pretty good stopped down with great contrast. It has a fair bit of distortion and vignetting, which is expected for the size of the lens.
If you want a really fun, tiny lens to play with then this is one of my favorites and makes a good little landscape lens. If you can find one for a fair price you can’t go wrong.
